We offer one Feeding Time Farm Tour with

Alpaca Feeding and Trekking Experience, per day at 1pm,

(Complimentary FTFT at 10am for Glampers - see below)

limited to a maximum of 5 cars/bookings per day.

This helps us keep local traffic to a minimum and ensures a relaxed experience for all visitors.

Important Information

Tour starts at 1pm daily, (closed on Sundays) and lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours dependant on weather conditions and level of animal participation.

Animals participate at their own discretion and are never forced to interact.

We do not cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions. Billy Connolly said, grab a sexy raincoat and live a little.

All Alpaca Treks are guided by Tomnauld Farm Staff around paths within a secure paddock set against amazing views.

Dogs are not allowed on the FTFT

Please do not wear open toe shoes and be aware animals will jump up and can cause damage/dirt to clothing.

Guests must complete the activity waiver when booking.

Children are classed as 16 and under.

All children must be supervised by an adult.

When trekking, children will share 1 Alpaca with a supervising adult.

Children under 5 are not permitted to trek - but our younger guests can enjoy additional time with the other animals especially the pygmy goats or play on our sports pitch.

Thank you for your understanding but we DO NOT accept walk-ins.

All experiences must be booked on-line.

All our Glamping and Wellness Cottage guests are invited to join our complimentary Feeding Time Farm Tour at 10am with the Tomnauld Farm team as we feed our animals and start the day on the farm.

Please note:
🐾 The 10am tour does not include Alpaca Feeding and Trekking.
To meet and walk with our alpacas, you’ll need to book the 1pm FTFT with Alpaca Feeding & Trekking Experience separately - accessed below.
